Our Century City bathrooms: Century Hill
We rebuilt all four bathrooms in this townhouse. The primary bath sits under a skylight: a freestanding tub against a marble mosaic wall with a hand-shower niche, a navy high-gloss vanity with a sit-down makeup counter and marble tops, wood-look tile floors, and a glass shower enclosed to the ceiling with mosaic walls and a marble bench. A powder room has a showpiece vanity: a backlit blue agate countertop under a clear glass vessel sink.

Permits and HOA in Century City
Century City is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits and inspections go through LADBS. In a townhouse complex like Century Hill, the HOA also has a say: plans, insurance certificates, work hours, parking and deliveries are usually approved before work starts. We handle both.
