Our Westlake Village bathroom
Along with finishing the kitchen at Kirsten Lee Drive, we remodeled one of the home's bathrooms: a gray shaker vanity under an arched mirror, with clean white walls. A second bathroom got a frameless glass shower in white stacked tile with a marble hex floor, a rain head and polished nickel fixtures.
How we run a bathroom remodel
The layout, fixtures, tile layout and shower details are settled before demolition. We build waterproofing first, tile second and glass last, and every job starts with a written estimate and a signed contract.
Permits in Westlake Village
Westlake Village sits on the Los Angeles and Ventura county line. Depending on which side a home is on, permits go through the City of Westlake Village or the City of Thousand Oaks. We confirm which one applies at the walk-through and handle the permit paperwork.
