Our Santa Monica kitchen: Pearl Street
Pearl Street is a repeat client. We first did a full remodel of the house, including the kitchen: a white oak island with a quartz top, open shelving, woven counter stools, brass dome pendants, and a white range wall with a wood-trimmed hood. We later came back for an addition and a second remodel.
Santa Monica kitchens
Santa Monica houses are often older and close together, so access, parking and protecting the neighbors matter as much as the cabinetry. We plan deliveries, dumpster placement and work hours before the job starts.
Permits in Santa Monica
Santa Monica is its own city, with its own building department and rules. Permits and inspections go through the City of Santa Monica rather than LADBS, and we take care of the permit paperwork.
