Our Porter Ranch kitchen: Santini Lane
At Santini Lane we remodeled the whole home, and the kitchen became its centerpiece: deep navy cabinetry, white quartz counters, an island with brass globe pendants, and a breakfast nook beside it. The project was featured in California Home + Design as "From Boring to Bold."

Many Porter Ranch homes are newer tract or semi-custom builds with good bones and builder-grade finishes. The most common upgrades we do are new cabinetry and islands, stone counters, better lighting, and opening the kitchen to the family room.
Permits in Porter Ranch
Porter Ranch is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permits and inspections go through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). We handle the permit paperwork and schedule the inspections.
